Cashier

Role:

Handling cash collections and overseeing the daily movement of money in and out.

Duties:

• • • Responsible for receiving all payments related to vehicles down payments, Spare Parts & After-sales invoices. 
• • • Issuing payment receipts from the system. 
• • • Issuing exit gate pass for the vehicles related to A/S department. 
• • • Reporting daily the physical count of cash & checks under collection.  
• • • Issuing the A/S invoices on time and correctly after reviewing the job orders to make sure that all operations have been done and closed on the system. That is in terms of cash & credit basis with all supporting documents (contracts). 
• • • Responsible for keeping documents/files in proper archiving.  
• • • Assist in the annual audit/tax inspection.

Job Requirements:

• • University degree (faculty of commerce). 
• • 2-3 years' experience as Treasury specialist. 
• • Highly Organized, Presentable, soft skills, Active, accounting courses.
