Position:

Training Specialist

Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs that support our employees' growth and development.

Duties:

1. Assuring full utilization of all L&TD forms, proper communication, and validations before training activities execution.

2. Coordinates with the in-house trainers and communicates annual/monthly training plan, budgets …etc. with MBTC 

3. Produce invitations, compile attendees lists, attendance form …etc. for each event.

4. Maintaining an updated L&TD records and data base

5. Arranges for training logistics e.g. venues, F&B, transportation ...etc.

6. Timely reporting the actual attendance status.

7. Submits the necessary documents to procurement/finance and follow up on payments.

8. Assures proper filling of participation certificates and documentation of any evidence of the final assessment, issued by external trainers.

9. Following up evaluation forms at all levels

10. Preparation of agendas for the weekly meetings, Distribution of minutes of meetings to department staff.

11. Administrating the bedding process and SP selection committees.

12. Builds a library of standardized sectoral training outlines, course materials,  trainees certificates …etc..

13. Build up a training Hub accessible for all staff any time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of business, or a related field
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with the principles, training methods, and techniques used in adult learning.
• Effective negotiating skills
• Good command of English language in both oral and writing communication
• Computer literate: spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, word processing, and database.
• Operates variety of office equipment such computer, scanners, printers, photocopiers, projectors.
• Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Excellent customer service skills
