Internal Communication & Employer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking an Internal Communication & Employer Branding Specialist to develop and execute internal communication strategies and programs that promote and enhance our organizational culture and employer brand. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for developing engaging content and a deep understanding of internal communications best practices.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with our organizational goals and values.
- Create engaging and informative content for internal communications channels, including email newsletters, company intranet, and social media channels.
- Manage and maintain the company intranet, ensuring that content is up-to-date, accurate, and relevant.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that differentiate us from our competitors and help us attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Corporate Communications, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leaders and managers on internal communication best practices and strategies.
- Monitor and track effectiveness of internal communications programs and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in internal communications and employer branding, and proactively identify opportunities to improve our programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for a variety of channels and audiences.
- Experience managing and maintaining a company intranet.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with internal communications best practices and emerging trends in employer branding.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
