Position:

Business Development Manager

Role:

Identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the growth of the company's revenue and market share.

Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that support the company's objectives
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and agreements
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote the company

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Willingness to travel as needed
